By accessing trufulness.com (the “Site”), purchasing our products, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you confirm that:

  • You are using the Site for lawful purposes.

  • You agree to follow these Terms and our other policies (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, etc.).

If you opt in to marketing, you agree to receive:

You may unsubscribe or opt out at any time using the links/commands provided.

3. Account Creation (If Applicable)

    • Product unavailability

    • Pricing/stock errors

If an order is cancelled, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.

5. Subscription / Auto-Ship Terms

If you sign up for a subscription or auto-ship:

  • You authorize recurring billing to the payment method on file.

  • Charges will continue until you cancel.

  • You can cancel anytime before the next billing date by email or through your customer portal.

  • Subscription prices may change; you will be notified in advance.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the regions displayed at checkout.
Please note:

  • Processing times are typically 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses.

  • Once the carrier marks an order as “delivered,” responsibility for that package transfers to the customer. However, Please contact us if you didn't receive your package.

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees and import duties.

7. Returns, Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

We want you happy.

First-Time Customer Guarantee

For first-time purchases of a product:

  • You may request a refund within 90 if you are not satisfied.

  • On the rare chance we need the product returned, we’ll take care of the shipping so it’s completely hassle-free for you

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Opened/used supplements (unless under first-time guarantee).

  • Subscription orders after they have been billed.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Unauthorized returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will replace or correct the issue at no extra cost.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.

  • If the order has already entered processing/shipping, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Cancellations after processing may incur a small restocking fee (e.g., $2).

9. Product Information & Accuracy

We work hard to keep product details accurate, but:

  • Content may contain typographical errors or omissions.

  • Ingredients, packaging, or availability may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time.

10. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our products:

  • Are for general wellness only.

  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Should not replace professional medical advice.

  • Should be used as directed.
    Consult a healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have underlying medical conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

All Site content — including:

  • Branding

  • Product names

  • Images

  • Designs

  • Text

  • Packaging
    — belongs to Trufulness or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

 

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Post harmful/abusive content

  • Interfere with Site functionality

  • Attempt to access restricted areas

  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

  • Scrape or harvest data

  • Misuse our intellectual property

We may suspend access for violating these rules.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted or error-free service

  • that the Site will always be accessible

  • accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content

  • any specific health or product results

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Trufulness is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages

  • lost profits, revenue, or data

  • product misuse

  • shipping delays or delivery issues

  • errors or inaccuracies on the Site

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trufulness, its employees, agents, and affiliates from claims or damages arising out of:

  • your violation of any applicable laws

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (WYOMING LLC)

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a dispute, you agree to contact us first to attempt informal resolution.

Binding Arbitration

If not resolved within 30 days:

  • Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration

  • Conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or similar provider

  • Arbitration location: Cheyenne, Wyoming (or virtual if mutually agreed)

  • The arbitrator’s decision is final and enforceable in court

No Class Actions

You agree to resolve issues individually, not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

Exceptions

  • Small claims court (if applicable)

  • Intellectual property enforcement

  • Fraud or unauthorized resale cases

Non-Arbitrable Claims

If a claim cannot legally be arbitrated, jurisdiction falls exclusively to Wyoming state or federal courts.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect once posted.
Continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
